So what's your reason for not sleeping? Is it stress? Is late at night the only time you get me time?
I don't think many people realize how important SLEEP is. It's important to our mental and physical well being. If you are feeling like you need some quite time, carve out at least 20 minutes during the day to meditate or something that relaxes you. Are you stressed out and up worrying? Ok, so when daylight breaks did you find that you "worried" or "willed" your troubles away? I'm sure the answer is no. Get yourself some rest and perhaps you won't feel (and maybe look) like crap. Are you a workaholic? I understand as well as the next overachiever the longing to be successful but we shouldn't do it at the expense of our health. LOL, look at me The pot calling the kettle black! Here it is 4:49 and I can't seem to stop writing. I'm going to bed! TTYT. HUGS
